Agreement to Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of WomenCertified Inc. as final and binding as it relates to the content.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about the respective start date and time listed on the entry page of the Sweepstakes. All online entries must be received by the respective end date and time written on the Sweepstakes entry page. In instances where the time zone is not indicated, EST is the default time zone.

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided through the Facebook app, Woobox or whichever app or program is currently being utilized by WomenCertified Inc. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the Rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of WomenCertified Inc. Only one entry per person is permitted and each entry must have all of the requested information completed. Attempts to submit multiple entries (for example by using multiple email addresses, identities or devices) is prohibited. If you use fraudulent methods and/or attempt to circumvent the Rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of WomenCertified Inc.

5. Prizes: The Sweepstakes winner will receive giveaways as indicated and/or prize certificates as indicated by retail value on the Sweepstakes entry page. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of the prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by WomenCertified Inc. No cash equivalent or other prize substitution is permitted in lieu of receiving the prize itself except at the sole discretion of WomenCertified Inc. The prize is nontransferable and not assignable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for WomenCertified Inc. to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
