ELIGIBILITY: Only legal residents of the United States. Not open to employees, officers or directors — or to members of the immediate family or household of any of the foregoing — of Superberries (“Sponsor”), or any of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, or any advertising or promotion agencies involved in this Contest/Sweepstakes promotion (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”).
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Contest/Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins upon being posted on the social media or website. The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, visit the social media site and fill out the sign-up form. You will be entered to win Superberries products. Share your unique entry code with your social media friends. Entry requires a Facebook account, which is free. By participating in this contest you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from individuals who have referred friends with their unique contest code. The 1st place prize is a Ninja Professional Blender and Superberries products. 2nd and 3rd Prize is Superberries products. Contest ends 02/28/17. Two (2) people will win Superberries products. No friend referral is necessary for 2nd & 3rd prize.
No liability is assumed for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If a potential winner does not respond within 10 days after the first notification attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
